Frequently Asked Questions

Here are some common questions about our spa/wellness suites in the Raleigh/Durham area. 

When will I have access to my suite?

You have 24/7 access to your suite. The unit and all the individual suites have coded locks so you can access at any time.

Can I share my suite with someone on my days off?

Almost all our suites come with sharing privileges for just $50 a week. You pick the person you want to share with (we can also provide leads) and you make the sharing arrangements directly with them. They must also have all the licenses and credentials to do the work in the suite and maintain business insurance. When you are no longer sharing then your weekly rate goes back to what it previously was.

Do you rent to lash/brow techs?

If the state of North Carolina requires an esthetician or cosmetology license to perform your services then we will only allow licensed professionals to have that particular business in the suites. 

Do you rent to stylists or nail professionals?

We do allow licensed nail techs who do NOT do acrylics in most of our suites.

 

Our location at 104 Wind Chime Ct Raleigh has 10 private suites available for LICENSED techs who use acrylics. 

We are looking at future locations where we can provide our sought-after suites to stylists. So definitely get on our CONTACT LIST so you'll be the first to know when we announce them.

 

Most estheticians, therapists, and spa professionals in our suites don't want the noise (dryers) and chemical fumes associated with hair work so we don't mix esthetics with hair work

What is included in the suite rental?

All our suites come with a beautifully decorated reception/waiting area which sets the "spa/retreat" mood for your customers. We provide all the paper products for the bathroom and common areas and cleaning of the common areas. Utilities, including wi-fi comes with the suites. We also provide ongoing professional marketing tips and advice to all our tenants. 

What are the cost of the suites?

Our suites are priced individually since we have so many different sizes and factors (ground floor vs the second, plumbed sink or window, closets or even furnished). Currently, our suites range from $100 - $350 per week. We are typically about 1/2 to 2/3 of what the "chain suites" charge. Unlike most other places, we don't regularly increase the rent. You can pay your rent weekly or by the month.

Can I rent an entire "office"?

Yes, we have multiple properties and while many are set up where you simply rent one "suite" we have office spaces where you can rent out the entire place. Just tell us what you are looking for and we can let you know what we might have.

What kinds of businesses are in your spa/wellness suites?

This list is not exhaustive but these are the types of businesses that we feel fit in a spa/wellness setting: esthetic services, massage therapists, hypnosis, nails/manicures/pedicures, personal coaching, weight loss management, body contouring, permanent cosmetics, mental health therapists, Reiki practitioners, teeth whitening, laser hair removal, medical cosmetics, IV therapy, guided meditation and more.

Can I put a sink in the suite?

You are able to put in a portable sink in any of our suites. We do have a large number of suites that have plumbed sinks (required for those doing permanent cosmetics). If you want a plumbed sink in a particular suite that doesn't currently have one we will consider having it added depending on how simple/difficult it will be for a professional plumber to install. 

Are you the owners of these locations?

In most cases, it is much better to lease directly from an owner (we own ALL our properties). If you rent from someone who is leasing the building their lease might end and you'll have to relocate. Or their rent skyrockets and they will have to pass along the increase to everyone who rents suites from them.
